ISI’s Strategic Sourcing Team Restructures
ISI is pleased to announce a restructuring of Interuniversity Services Inc. (ISI) Strategic Sourcing Team,
Trish Rafuse has assumed the role of Senior Contracts Managers, taking on a leadership position within the team. Trish has been with ISI for over 5 years and continues to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in strategic sourcing, providing value to ISI’s members and to the sector. During Trish’s time at ISI, she has led numerous highly successful strategic sourcing initiatives. Within the sector, Trish has had leadership positions within the Atlantic Public Procurement Association and has been an active CAUBO volunteer. Trish is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Public Procurement Council (CPPC) and serves on various working committee of the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council including the UPPCC Board of Examiners.
Anneke Russell joined ISI on a one-year contract in August 2022. Anneke will be joining the Strategic Sourcing Team on a full-time basis effective July 1, 2023. Anneke has been a welcome member of the team and her rapidly developing public procurement skills have allowed her to provide ISI members with the opportunity to realize benefits through greater collaborative.
Atlantic Canadian Universities and Community Colleges have been leaders in collaborative Strategic Sourcing for over 40 years and in 2022, total spend under contract exceeded $100. million. The ISI Strategic Sourcing Team comprised of Trish Rafuse, David Sturge and Anneke Russel are well positioned to advance ISI’s priority to optimize value through collaborative strategic sourcing.
